Unscrew the screws with the bottom with the laptop.
Very carefully clear away the screws in the small circuit board with the side of membrane.

Cautiously clear away the membrane and substitute it together with the new 1.

Now reset the screws and set it for the laptop.

You don’t have to have to exchange the keys.
