The way to Replace a Tricky Drive in an Asus Laptop

Introduce:
one Take out all cables resulting in your laptop or computer.

two Flip the computer’s case so the rear end faces toward you.

3 Unscrew the screws on the right holding the side panel onto the computer’s case.

4 Take away the side panel by pulling it a bit toward you and then lifting it off the case.

5 Disconnect the cables attached to your old tough drive. Keep in mind which cables you disconnected and where they were connected on the drive. You must connect these cables for your new hard drive.

6 Unscrew the tough drive from the drive bay’s metal frame and slide it carefully down until it comes out. Clear away the challenging drive and store it somewhere safe.

7 Place the new tricky drive into the slot where the old challenging drive resided and screw it in firmly to prevent movement while it processes data.

8 Connect the cables you disconnected in Step 5 to your new tricky drive. Press firmly if they don’t seem to be going in, but don’t use too much force or you might end up damaging some of the delicate components that take part in the connection.

9 Screw the side panel back onto your computer’s case and connect its cables again.
